Counselling and advice on a variety of matters such as
- legal questions such as residence permits and alien employment legislation
- obtaining Austrian citizenship
- social benefits, long term care allowance etc. (We check whether a client is getting all the benefits he or she
is entitled to and offer assistance in claiming benefits.)
- compensation and indemnification for Holocaust survivors
- everyday matters, financial issues, housing, family problems etc.
- coping with old age and older adult services
We liaise with many other organisations and the local authorities. |
